Can I cancel or change an order once I have completed it?
Because order processing begins as soon as the “Complete Order” button is clicked, orders placed online cannot be cancelled or changed.
Do you ship internationally?
We are in the process of expanding our shipping capabilities. We've added Canada and Mexico shipping and will be adding more soon.
My order is damaged. What can I do?
We apologize if you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, and ask that you email us immediately (within 30 days) at: email@example.com to alert us. We will make every effort to resolve the situation and get a replacement product delivered to you in a timely fashion. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
How do I use a discount code?
Once you are in your shopping cart, you will see a button at the bottom that says “checkout”. After clicking on the “checkout” button, you will see a box on the right hand side of the order screen that says “DISCOUNT”. You will simply type your discount code in that box and click on “apply” to activate your code. The discount will now appear as a credit under your order subtotal. Only one discount code may be used per order.
