Customer Service Issues
Refunds and Exchanges: We can ONLY refund or exchange products that were either purchased online or at a Women of Faith conference booth. All product returns for items purchased at a speaker's/musician's/dramatist's conference booth must be returned to the original seller. They may sell products at our conferences, but these items are not under the control of nor in the inventory of Women of Faith. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders shipping USPS will need to be placed by 12/07/09
Orders shipping UPS Ground will need to be placed by 12/10/09
Orders shipping UPS 2-Day Air will need to be placed by 12/18/09
Orders shipping UPS Next Day Air will need to be placed by 12/22/09
